Christina has worked at Wilson Christen LLP, now
Christen Seaton Burrison Hudani LLP, since 2013 and has experience in all
types of family law matters, including complicated financial and parenting
issues. Christina also represents children, parents, and grandparents, who
find themselves involved with child protection services. Christina is
committed to resolving issues in a manner which best suits her clients’
needs, and results in the best possible outcome for the family.
Christina has appeared at all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Christina has significant experience litigating issues for her clients, including conducting long trials with complicated issues.
Christina is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, and the Ontario Child Protection Lawyers’ Association.
Christina obtained a B.A. (honours) from the University of British Columbia, and her law degree from the University of Toronto.
