Jessica joined Wilson Christen LLP in August 2013. Her family law practice includes custody, access, property and support disputes. Her background in corporate and commercial litigation brings a broad and diverse perspective to her practise.


Jessica is a passionate advocate and has acted at all levels of the Court in Ontario. Most recently she was successful in the precedent setting case: C.M.M. v. D.G.C. [2015] O.J. No. 2841. Although she is a strong litigator, her goal is to achieve collaborative settlements through alternative dispute resolution. She has an aptitude for structuring creative solutions that accomplish the best results for her clients.


Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. She received her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2012, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013. Jessica previously held a position with the Chief Justice of Canada and assisted in a research project focused on therapeutic justice issues for the development of a special court for infants at risk.


Jessica is a member of various professional organizations including the Advocates Society, the Ontario Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Women in Law Association.
